Send your logo, crest or design and we will prepare it for production. You can keep the original logo shape or choose a round or shield pin.
Choose the right size and thickness
The four standard sizes are 0.8 in (20 mm), 1.0 in (25 mm), 1.25 in (32 mm) and 1.5 in (38 mm). The standard thickness is 2 mm. Choose 2.5 mm if you want a thicker, heavier pin. Don't see your size? Contact us for a custom size quote.
UV print, soft enamel or hard enamel
UV print works well for gradients, small details and full-colour artwork. Soft enamel has recessed colour with raised metal lines you can feel. Hard enamel is polished flat for a smoother finish.
Iron or zinc alloy
Iron is the standard choice for straightforward designs. Zinc alloy is better suited to complex shapes and detailed cut-outs. Both materials are plated in your selected metal finish.
Mould and setup are included
Your displayed configuration includes one mould and setup for one design. Each additional design needs its own configuration and mould.
